It seems you need to change everything :-) i have a clone board and connection to the Opel car works just fine. Not sure if i miss some functionality in Delphi.

😊 change all those components and you'll spend probably the full price of a non-clone vci. Where the hell do I find an original one? There are only clones on the market. Good video, keep them coming!

The si9241 reached end of life 31.12.2014. The chinese have a replacement called DP9241. The datasheets are as good as identical.

To change those components you need good skills, especially in soldering, it's not for everybody there's a great possibility to ruin the board.

The SI9241A (obviously fake there) on the right side is not connected to anything. If you desolder it you will see there are no traces or vias from the chip pads. Nothing. I wonder why is it present? There are some single board versions that have this chip wired up and majority of the "A+ best quality PCB" doesn't have this chip connected.
