I updated from 1623 to 3201. After updating I tried to connect to Renault Fluence ZE. But it shows vehicle not responding. So I went back to 1623 and it is working well only on version 1623. Is there a solution for this (vehicle not responding) when updating the firmware?

i guess that some of relays at least one will be dead. test all of them. i fixed couple of those vci150 already and always the issue was with relay
