Responding to one of the comments below, I think it is much MUCH more difficult when you deal with undermining boss (vs colleague). Agree it's essential to stay calm and cool and gathering evidence is practical move as well. But what is more important in my opinion is to recognize the moment of having a healthy brake (or even step away completely if needed) Nothing will compensate your health if you are exposed to long term undermining treatment which can swiftly turn into harassment.

How do You go by all this is Your CEO plays favourites while You rake in most of the revenue ? Nepotism is involved. I haven't been able to find any other ansver than refresh my qualifications and leave.

Can you advice me please? I have issues working in new job with new team, same company. But my supervisor is no better as taking team's side who ignore me when I need their support but always ask me to help. I really struggle with staying calm part because I experienced bad workplace treatment before and my personal life in general is extremely hard. I do manage work out solutions but it's a struggle as team don't act on them and I get very very frustrated to the point I express it outwardly to my supervisor and team. What do I do? I feel like quitting....
