Traditional values and social standards keep us together and keep chaos at Bay. Without social standards you can be rude. ignoring common unwritten rules such as common courtesy. With no social backlash or disapproval you can be a bad person with no social repercussions. so as long as it's not against the law and you get away with it and it encourages bad behavior.

Create a conservative think tank dedicated to the Arts including video games, for example.
Culture and the arts matter.
