Hilda, this warms my heart! To see you up there shining like the star that you are! So much valuable insight into the importance of curiosity, to asking questions, finding out who people really are. Keep being amazing!

"We should look beyond just who people are on the outside.
It's not just about hiring more women or more people of color.
It's about hiring people who have a diverse background, diversity of perspective.
We should ask their adversities, the triumphs and tragedies that they have experienced.
It is these things that really make up a true identity of who we are." - Hilda Mwangi

Thanks, Hilda you explained clearly Cultural Diversity and how culture is formed by small pieces as it were a game- family, traditions, experiences, food, religion, education. You did a good speech because combined appropriate Noon-verbal communication and verbal communication.

Best presentation in just about 14-minutes. Its true, culture and cultural diversity is not constant or static, but it keeps on changing, its dynamic and at times splinters to other sub-cultures or sub-group as it evolved

"The U.S. is moving toward a system in which the government presides over a number of different social groups. Some of which have their own language and type of education. This approach undermines social unity and allows construction of a multicultural society which is the very opposite of Americas previous practice.
The government aims to supervise these different groups and keep the peace by redistributing income from one to the other. Thus the utopia of multiculturalism involves a bureaucratic class presiding over a nation divide into a variety of ethic nationalities that of course looks awfully like the Soviet Union. Such a system cannot work and its failure is likely to inflict great damage on the people, their traditions and their liberties." - (Former Prime minister of the United Kingdom Margaret Thatcher)

Odd that Israel doesn’t want the diversity of more people from India. 🤔

I believe that the great majority of conflicts are rooted in supra-national states.
