Grilled Tropical Shrimp Cocktail

Today I fire up the Weber Kettle and grill up some Tropical Shrimp Cocktail, with both the shrimp and the ingredients for the refreshing cocktail sauce getting some time over charcoal to give this dish a one-of-a-kind flavor.

Cocktail Sauce Ingredients

2 Mangoes
1/2 Pineapple
1/2 Small Red Onion
1/2 Small Avocado
1 Large Jalapeno Diced
Zest Of One Lime
Juice Of One Lime
1/8 tsp Salt
1 TBSP Chili Garlic Sauce
