I'm always sad to see you go off grid for a WHOLE MONTH. But, really, all of us need to do it.! (Just not in the same month).

I lived off grid for 1.5 years in Alaska in a 10x10 cabin with no electricity just a wood stove, lantern, coal/wood grill, absolute minimum . Granted it was while I was building my dream home, it really changed me for the better in ways only those whom have done it will understand. I may take up this once a year for a month disconnection as well
