A rule I learned from experience: learn to see the black and white…the outline before coloring it in.

Some children scribble and fill in the image on the page without first assessing objectively the lines of the image itself. I have found walking the line or tracing first then filling in after allows you to see what something is first before making it into what you want it to be (giving it meaning).

Still I am surprised you mention the less high frequencies experiences since our thoughts and words create reality.
Clarity attracts clarity and the higher frequency that is felt with it.
ABout the biais : if we are well aligned with the Self then it simply means we have to transmute it. That’s the game source plays?
That’s a pure clear natural law? We are all teaching one another since we are all extensions and facettes of source.
So when “we” (like so many do and have done for eons) channel “ghost like ascended masters” and it feels ULTRA loving pure higher energy, the soul/heart knows it!
No brainer! Pure source is pure source. That’s the certainty that comes from the feeling and the soul knows it.

And in this “source linked to soul” journey of love/joy/peace, genius, harmony the heart always remember the feeling and the absolute truth of higher frequencies since we are coming from it. As you said we are extensions of source coming to decipher the bugs. Not because we are punished (that’s a dogma no longer logical with the true forgiving essence of life) we come to decipher and debug because we are worth it! 😅
We come as pure source willing to take higher frequencies as explained in the Kybalion because taking the higher road is the simplest way to transform into better. The equation is simple. Just need to remember it. And each of us having a different soul journey no one can tell better than ourselves how to interpret our own soul path. That’s the free will we all have to integrate. One experience for one soul is interpreted totally differently for one soul. And teaching about the best felt experiences increase the channel of better frequencies. That’s how the transmutation works.

6:51 - The Golden Rule is instrumental is establishing boundaries. It’s important to understand the “treat others as you would have them treat you” may apply not to only humans but all energy.

“A divided house cannot stand” - an inconsistency between thoughts and actions as well as, hypocritical logic also opens the doors to distortion.

For example, “believing each person has a right to their own will and right to decide for self”, yet you “force” your opinion and desires onto another regardless of how beneficial or “right” your opinion seems is contradictory and dishonoring to your own principles.

Lastly, your principles are your rules. Not only what you say, but also how and what you think and do.
