How to be a good waiter: How to clear plates

Too make it easier for the new learning waiter, as its too complicated to flip the fork on the first plate, like Majbrit did in the video.
1) Place the fork on the plate at so it's pointing at 11am and the butt at 5pm.
2) Cross the knife underneath the fork so the knife-end is pointing at 7am and the butt of the knife is at 1pm. And then continue to push the scraps onto the first plate.

what if i have a spoon also? What if there are too much leftovers?

Good instruction. Clear and to the point. But those plates are never laid out like that. Better still would it be shown at a table.

Hell no where i am working on mars ?
Our table is just like a normal table of 2 people and have almost 7 8 big plates and mainly are all not equal i mean some are big some are small and its my first week so much nervous also its in Italy and i cant speak good Italian 😢
