10) Clean up. Literally. Take a shower and smell good.
9) Clean up the dishes or anything inside the house that needs to be cleaned.
8) Clean up something that your wife hates to clean up. Be sensitive to what kind of chores your wife doesn't want to do.
7) Ask for directions. Be open to your partner for her suggestions.
6) Listen. If you don't totally get it, repeat back to her what she just said.
5) Have adequate sleep. Go to bed at the same time to create better and quality sleep.
4) Exercise regularly. Take care of yourself so that your family will not be worried about you.
3) Stop procrastinating. Just take action on what you're promising yourself and your family.
