Vanilla Planetary Encounters in Space Engineers - Sneak Peek

Thanks to Keen giving us a sneak peek, Capac and I were able to try out some of the new NPCs coming in the next update and I'm very excited to see what else there is because what we've seen, is great :D

For folks without the DLCs, the encounters are doubly valuable: they are also a source of DLC blocks to meticulously merge onto their ships.

Really glad to see more encounters in vanilla! Opens the gameplay for Consoles a bit as well. But Very curious how Modders will take advantage of it. 😊

Very nice to see the return of the Chomper and Capactron. I like that KEEN have allowed several Youtubers to make videos about different parts of this update rather than just one. I could easily quote Adam Savage during this video: "I'm going to need a grin-ectomy". Grinning ear to ear.

I do love the fact that the NPC's are all getting overhauled with newer weapons such as autocannons and artillery cannons, possibly also the railguns too so they are really going to be "Endgame" so no more super easy space pirates anymore they now match our arsenal of weapons. Also that new Drone design looked sick!.
