The All New 2024 Lexus TX

Today we are sneaking a peek at the 2024 Lexus TX, a stylish family car!

The TX is a brand new model from the Lexus line-up and it was definitely very needed. Lexus never really had a competitive midsize SUV until this one. Now the TX is on the same platform as the Grand Highlander. They have a lot of similarities but also a lot of differences, so let’s explore them together in today’s video!

This is the only channel that does child seat space in every row effectively. Other channels quickly talk about seat space or show themselves, but not explain or show how or if a car seat can be in each row. Great job and great channel.

I have a New Luxury TX 350 and the nose of the vehicle is bold which was part of the attraction. We have five grandchildren and everyone loves the vehicle. Lexus Safety System + 3.0 is standard where many of the Luxury competitors is an additional option. The cupholders are removal because you can wash them and the tray underneath. The second row seats do also slide forwards and backwards which also fit our grandchildren car seats.

The Grand Highlander was a non-starter once we sat in the 3rd row because it seemed impossible to not sit on a seat belt buckle. Much better idea for the TX to only have two seats in the 3rd row.

I have 2 rear facing car seats and 1 forward facing carseat, will it work in this car? I'm a petite driver... My concern is getting to the 3rd row to help my oldest into their carseat when both the second row carseats will be rear facing.

Thought I was going to have to Turo a Grand Highlander LOL. loved it all: I prefer 90 degree doors too, thank you for the power-recline note, and I needed to see toddler space with 2nd row back. I must note: I'm pretty sure the TX is the Biggest 2nd row for rear facing car seats. Anything bigger would need the large SUVs. Since you're tall, it would've been good to see you sit in that passenger seat for reference.

Would you pick the bench or the captains chairs with a 2 and 4 year old one is RF and the other is FF and we want a third? I’m wondering if 2 car seats and a booster would fit across in the second row or just have my oldest crawl from bench into 3rd row ???

Would love your opinion.. We’re in the market for a similar suv under 80k… we have that evenfloe too, 1 kid that’s 2 years old n expecting our second. What SUV would you pick? My wife is 5’7 n I’m shorter but have found that same issue with second row legroom. I wanted an x5 but is no better than my current 5 series. Curious what your shortlist would be
