I was waitlisted on the 350h on the 1st of October 2022, and I put a deposit on a fully loaded '24 model at msrp a week ago march 2023. It's expected to arrive early to mid May so I think the wait times aren't that bad for the hybrid.

Not much change on the looks. What they NEED to change is to add more sound dampening materials so it sounds more like a Lexus! Not sure about the previous years but seems like they FORGOT to put sound dampening materials on the 2023 NX350h. Sounds almost like a freaking truck.

You didnt mention the hybrid comes with run flat tires. Drive on them up to 50 miles but need to replace tires as they wont be repaired. Also, if more than 50 miles from Lexus dealer you will have to wait 24 hours to get a tire as they are not stocked by tire stores. No problem, just find a hotel for the night.
