I never tried that w quinoa but now im gonna! you can do so much w quinoa and that's why I love it cuz not only is it a healthy grain, you can mix it with veggies, or my fav bowl just spinach (or arugula), stove top cooked ham bits, mushrooms and onions and garlic with a couple scrambled eggs mixed in some soy sauce so kinda like house fried rice just without the rice w feta cheese on top. been meaning to find more quinoa ideas so now I got this one I'll try it!

I would recommend a toaster oven and it would probably well especially since it's only you. I've made roasted chicken on there. Too good. 👍🏻😊
