What a great Project Tutorial!! It just turned out "Simply Fabulous"! Between the construction, staining, hardware, and install, it's an A+++!! The step by step was very helpful and put the perspective one needs for the same project! Very nice. Just curious, what would you say the weight of such a door is? Great job! Couple questions...did you install any hardware/railing at the bottom to guide the door? And I noticed you did not remove the existing trim on the door opening, how did you fix where the hinges were for the old door? Thank you.

Great door. I'm planning of making one very soon. It's going between my bedroom and master bath also. I have a question with the panels. I noticed you glued them and clamped them together until they dried. How is your door panel looking now? Any gaps? Or any warping between the panels??
