I just got the A20 and mine didn't come with a transmitter.

Hey guys. Ive been using my a20's for about a year and not once have been able to get the astro command center to work? Has anybody else had this issue. I got in hooked up and in pc mode but doesn't give me a option for a update or anything?

thank you man what a life saver. this is the only thing i got for christmas and it didnt work for me at start and we were gonna return it.

I got only an usb to connect with a button on it. That thing does hardly connect. No matter how often I pull it out and pull it in on my pc and try to connect, nothing happens. Astro seems to be a rlly bad quality thingy and for that 120€ I can not even use it with cable. I mean why? I have connected my astro a20 headset with cable and it doesn't even show up on pc sometimes. Even when it does, I don't have any sound at all. + Command center is also a joke. Does not work. It says connect an astro device but even when my headset is connected, it still keeps telling me to connect. Never Astro again...

I can't update it using astro command center and the sound is gliching also we don't have the transmitted because A 20 gen 2 does not come with it
