If you got this as of Christmas 2019 and have the PS4 slim, you don’t need the optical cable, just link the usb/micro-usb through the transmitter
Update: there’s sometimes a skip in the audio and the mic will cut out, I don’t know if it’s because of the optical cable or if there’s something buffering the connection

My headset doesn't want to make sound? I had to replace the transmitter because the power would go in and out. But the headset still turns on so I figured a new transmitter would fix it. But now I'm not getting sound into the headset

When I go Into audio output settings there is no primary output port button, there's only the audio format(priority) button

I have a brand new a40 for PS4, and when I turn the “rest mode” on, my mix amp never close, and if I close it, it reopens... any advice ?
