wow your music is so loud can barely hear a word your saying. Bummer because it seemed like you actually had something you could do to get the keyboard to work.

he basically says : shut down your Surface and then press the power button + the button to higher your volume until you see a menu .
Than go to devices and click on Keyboard, turn it off and on thats it
