partial* 2nd troubleshot - forced shutdown worked on Surface Pro 3.

(*partial only cause it didn't reboot, had to let go and press again to reboot)

not sure if others are experiencng this.... but i only have frour keys that intermitently dont work. grab canned air and spray the areas not working. worked for me
