While I was active Air Force I was often on my feet for 10+ hours with up to 80 pounds of additional gear anywhere from 60-80 hours of work a week. I went to our clinic at least 3 times and they kept telling me to just take over the counter meds or gave me muscle relaxers. They never once thought of this even after I told them “it’s most prominent when I’m walking up and down the stairs to my dorm and to the armory”.

This was the best 2:35 of my life I have spent, I appreciate you.
