I have massive quads. I have big Hamstring, too, I got to the point of doing unassisted nordics. Like, I had to skip leg days because my legs keep growing so big but it is a problem. How do I go about atrophing my quads ? They don't want to get any smaller and I can't manage aggressive caloric deficits to catabolise the tissue.

Hello I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and I deal with a muscle in balance and weak tendons in my knee that actully force my patela out of place quite often. Do you have any advice on what to do? It's quite painful and disabling.
