Honestly just :help normal-index and :help objects already gives you more than enough information to get going, about 40 chars of description for every single command.

Unfortunately it lists even the most obscure and useless commands, so you gotta skip over some of them, but its good to get a quick overview of everything, and you can always ctrl+] to go to the full help of said command when you want, and ctrl+o to go back where you've been.

The entire :help index is useful, but might be confusing for begginers

That’s bullshit - it will work for simple shortcuts for which you can just use cheatsheet - anything more than than and Gippity struggles. There’s just wasn’t enough about that in the training dataset.
