JA, the way you described the FA was exact. I did a lot of healing in that relationship with my ex Anxious A. He triggered me like no other and vice versa. We he broke up with me I didn't fight it and let it go. I was very sad, and it hurt, but he never saw that or knew it. It took me 2 years to get back to good (together 4). I learned so much from that relationship and am so greatful for it. It started me on my journey of self love and healing, and removing the duct tape. It's been over 2 years.
