One of my legs has been longer than the other my whole life. Now it's starting to impact my hips and knees. This looks like it might help!😊

Thank you, you are a life saver! I just felt like my leg is getting shorter which didn't make sense and I am active, active, active... but I want to do it in the right way. Lots of love... hang in there, it is doing good to persons like me 💖
EDIT: I have bone-on-bone, not to be misunderstood, but I am training my brain to train my body without the suggested surgery. I had an injury with my then bed ridden father. I was active all my life but I am struggling after the injury. Thank you for being there.

I've hiked my left hip up to walk for 22 years. I'm finally figuring out why and that's why I'm here. I'm going to try these to balance out my muscles. Thanks 😃

Yep - Levoscoliosis and maybe one leg shorter than the other... not sure whether it is just the first one or both. Will try this! Only less than 9K subs to go!

Not sure if I have pelvic tilt, but my right hip is way tighter than the left. Not sure if its from when I had an inflamed hamstring on one side, if it's stress accumulation, from a bad ankle sprain (tight calf and IT band) or a mix but I'll definitely try these out. I think the second exercise is something I really need.

I have a high hip on my right side. Have had asymmetry in my hips and upper thighs since a small child. Had my hip x-rayed on the high side and nothing showed as far as bones went. My pants legs are always about an inch shorter on right side and the top of my pants visibly looks higher. My upper right thigh is 1" larger around and I have a larger amount of fat/muscle on the right side of my buttocks which makes a small saddle bag. The muscles on the right leg, although my thigh is larger, are slightly weaker. All of this is not terribly obvious since I am a small and short female, so not overweight. My body shape is curvy though so have smaller upper body than lower. BMI is 22. My leg feels much longer on the right side and sometimes I trip easily from my right foot catching. But sports doctor said my legs seem to be the same length.

So I recently switched to barefoot shoes after recovering from a bad nerve pinch in my back, I loved them and 2 weeks later plantar fasciitis starts on my left foot, started paying attention and realized I favor my right leg for weight holding, another symptom was bad spasms in left sartorius area muscle at night after walking far or kneeling down a lot, all this to realize I have created a whole system of shortened weaker and stiff muscles in my left leg and right lower core where my back injury happened, does this sound realistic to you and is this a common cause of plantar fascia muscle tightening too much. Any exercises you would recommend for addressing this besides this?

When doing the first exercise, is the hip on the step not supposed to move?

Are we focusing extra Reps on the high hip or lower hip????

I just stumbled across this video. I’m 61 years old and have had one hip higher than the other my entire life. I have always been active and am very fit for my age. I like your exercises but what I’m not getting from your video is why is a pelvic tilt a problem and what is the goal of the exercises? I’m assuming they’re intended to straighten the hips. Can that be done? I’ve always assumed it was just my bone structure and not fixable. Is the tilt a problem? I’ve never had any issues with it other than it looks kind of weird. I don’t think you mentioned what problems may occur.

Do you have a "how to walk DOWN stairs video?" I saw the UP video. I noticed my feet splay outward and I think that is wrong. 🤔
