1. This was way too fast to follow, 2. The clips are grainy and hard to see, 3. What settings am I exporting at (animated gif? MP3? Something else?) This gave me nothing.

This made no difference at all compared to directly uploading 4K. No need for any of these steps. I think IG stopped compressing.
