thank you for the full walk through! we've found that if we've been editing for a hours and then go to export, the time to export is long and slow. but if we save > quit > reopen the same project before hitting export, the exporting time is shorter. can't explain this technically, but the quick re-launch saves time!

I have been self teaching myself on video editing for a few months now. I was getting sick of working so hard on my edits only to have my video look like donkey crap when I export. i always put CBR at least on 80...sometimes even on 100...that's how i have some 4k videos in really great quality

Hey Chris, with HEVC leading to smaller file sizes, is there any difference rendering out an H265 file at a high bitrate and sending that to Youtube? Will Youtube backend still process it the same way, and not lose any additional quality? Thanks!
