You guys are fab! My son has autism. He's only seven and very high functioning like you. It's great to watch you two interact. Most of the other channels out there are about really young kids and are often doom and gloom but you guys videos are positive and cool because I can see my son in some of the stuff you say and do already like the pajama bottoms. If we're not going out on the weekend, he'll always wear his pajama bottoms and if we are going out he'll often wear his pajama bottoms underneath his trackies! ☺ Keep up the great vids guys!!!

Thank you for posting this video. My boyfriend is autistic and now I know why he watches tv at such a high volume. It’s ironic because he complains about anyone else having their tv volume high but doesn’t seem to notice his own. I tried to casually ask him if he thinks his television volume is a bit high and it was NOT a good idea so I just secretly lower it every once in a while. I hope you guys make more videos about your relationship. You two are such a wonderful couple and a big help. 💜

I get you with the volume control, I, very much, have the volume either higher than normal or a lot lower. One thing that is different though is that I watch everything with subtitles as much as I possibly can. Possibly due to my auditory processing delay. I remember going for multiple hearing tests as a child due to this but no doctor was ever able to pick up on it. I have just found your channel through a comment you posted on Dan Bull's "A Portrait of the Autist" video and so far I have loved you content. Keep up the good work.

Nathan, I can heavily relate to the volume thing and the thing being slightly misplaced so it's just gone thing. I have lost my bus pass because it's on the wrong hook and torn apart my bedroom only to pay fare and come home finding it on a slightly different peg than the one I usually put it on.

That is amazing! Thank you so much for this video! I do the pants thing constantly. I even frustrate myself with the amount of information I need to make a decision on what pants to wear.

Smart sound has ruined watching most things! The music goes super loud but dialogue is quiet. I like to think I’m pretty neurotypical and that shit bugs tf out of me.😂💀

When I first met my boyfriend he hated that I use subtitles. He said almost word for word exactly what Nathan said about the subtitles! Maybe it's an aspie thing?

I agree with you, Nathan. Sometimes a movie can be fine in the dialogue, but then the music is too loud for me and I'm constantly having to adjust the volume haha.
