Does Middle Knowledge Have a Foundation?

In his discussion with William Lane Craig, James White presented the argument that since nothing else but God existed prior to creation, then there would be nothing to ground counterfactuals of creaturely freedom (CCF's). Dr. William Lane Craig answered that asuming a theory of truth called Truthmaker Maximalism, one could offer the disquotation principle to offer a ground for these CCF's. Smattering of Questions (preemptive apology): 
Where does man's will come from? Does God program them as "neutral"? 
Why do some believe upon the Gospel and others reject it..was I programmed with a disposition more likely to believe? 
Did God ultimately choose me to be born in a Christian family while deciding not to have others born there?? 

Foundation questions:
Is the basis for us trying to refute calvinism based on us not thinking God is good if he decrees everything? 
Is it based on we don't like that he is controlling everything? -- 
We know all of us appeal to mystery...we just pick different places to appeal to it.

I'd be interested to see if you would ever go after open theism on this channel or is this basically soteriology 201 and standing to just refute calvinism?

To say that middle knowledge doesn't exist or that God doesn't know it, despite God being eternal (no beginning or end) and therefore quite literally the maximal personification of middle knowledge, is hilarious beyond words. What a bizarrely awful argument.

middle knowledge. God and anything he creates IS "middle knowledge" personified. The foundation for middle knowledge is God Himself.
