It sounds like Dr White's philosophical objection to Molinism is basically an objection to God's omniscience. If free will exists (which seems to be the real difference between Calvinist and Molinist views) then God's omniscience must mean that He knows what we would choose before He chose to create us. To say anything else is to place a limit on God's knowledge.

The idea that Mormons believe the intelligence just “zoom” into a pre-mortal existence is off. But the similarities in the idea of agency of man between LDS theology and Molinism are there.

By his explanation even if someone did overcome all of his rebuttals his incredulity would prevent him from accepting molonism.
