Hey Brent, great video. Had a question if you saw one foot flatten, and the other foot flattened fan more as well as turned out how would you go about correcting this?

Brent
Why are so many of the videos in this series private?

Hi, Brent. We know that foot hyperpronation (addition 2-3 degrees of foot pronation) can led to a 20 to 30% increase in pelvic alignment while standing and a 50 to 75% increase in anterior pelvic tilt during walking. Now if we have a foot supination, can this led to posterior pelvic tilt ?
Thank you

Brent I have seen feet invert while knees move out...I do not see this example. I also do not see you raising the heels to isolate dysfunction below the knee did I miss this? Thank you!

One question about your videos (which are excellent!) is how you determine a muscle to be overactive. I understand short/long well enough but how do I know if a muscle is short and additionally overactive? Thanks!

Hi Brent, love the series so far, it's really helpful. Quick question though! May I ask why some of the videos are set to private?
