Jog adjust: as a dj that is now transitioning from controllers to CDJs I didn't understand why the sensibility of the jogwheel was so different, now it makes sense... It's emulating vinyls! Thanks mate

That tip about not relying on performance features on controllers was my favorite! I had been thinking I was underutilizing my controller cause I wasn’t using all the different features but this makes me feel more confident that what I’m learning will be easier to transfer over whenever I end up upgrading

My favourite tip is the jog adjust: as a beginner dj I never understood why these were so sensitive. Your explanation was clear and I learned something new from it! Thank you!

FAVORITE TIP - don’t rely on the performance effects on controllers because it gets tricky when switching to CDJs

I'm the begginer in Dj-ing, The most important and also suprising message was that, going Pro I still need (because it's better) mp3's rather than go into streaming mode. I was just about to get Tidal's dj extension, now it seems that I need to buid my mp3 library more. Cheers, love this chanell, I've learnt a lot.

Jog adjust is a great tip. Makes total sense now you’ve explained it too. I’m ready to step up from DDJ-400s so this vid was invaluable. 🙏🏻

My favorite tip was Link Cable, my dream always is to play on CDJ's and actually I'm restarting with the FLX4 after almost 20 years I started as DJ, I didn't how it was making it possible the connection between all CDJ's and the Mixer. It shows how far the technolgy has reached to help us to perform in our sets.

Favorite tip is FX Channel Setup! I played on CDJs last night for the first time. Figured most things out but not the effects. Now I’ll know what to look for next time I’m on CDJs. Thank you!

Jamie, thank You so much for showing these differences to people, but What I can recommend You as a people who Has never had opportunity to Play on CDJ's please be aware od Your level of skills and then nothing will surprise You when You start on CDJ's. I remember my first gig playing out of CDJ's, I was so stressed of using them. One of the DJ's who was playing after me said " What are You afraid of? And I replied "everything" . He said one thing to me " this is the same equipment as You've got at home, but bigger " with This attitude i felt more confident. I played quite nice gig and from this moment I finally felt that there is nothing to worry about.

My favorite tip was bringing you own locally stored music, at home it's all to easy to mix from a streaming service, but this tip got me thinking on track selection, what to play and which song to invest in. It motived me to be more critical on what I put in my sets with the added benefit of supporting the artists putting out those great tunes I love playing so much.

The jog adjust is by far my favorite tip! It's imo the most vital thing to understand when switching, as beatmatching is one of the, if not the most important thing to get down. Thanks for the fantastic video as always!

The last tip was deffo my fave!!! Having started out on flx4s at Christmas I was soooo reliant on beatjump and pad fx to spice up my mixes. Then having gone to pirate and using CDJs, my world was flipped upside down.
My first gig was spent staring at the screen using the beat jump feature, I’ve now switched to flx10s and I do not use beat jump in the same way😂😂. Thanks for a great video, hope I win the master classes!

Favorite tip was don’t rely on streaming. And I appreciated you touching on what you can expect in clubs/venues.

Fave Tip: Jog Adjust. I moved over from vinyl to controllers, but only recently started dabbling with CDJs at Pirate. I didn't realise the adjust set up was different. This will really help me on my next Pirate session next week.

Thanks CF.

Crossfader! Long time listener first time caller. My favorite tip was the streaming integration. I have been deeply considering joining one of the streaming sites but after hearing this video I'm going to stick to regular downloading. Have been eyeing down your music management course and hope to win the entire package. Blessings to you and the Crossfader fam! Thanks for all you do.

That FX Channel BPM control tip was my favourite, super helpful to know what happens to the effect when its out of beat and also how to adjust it down to the decimal! Thank you!!

The Jogwheel difference and the reason why you are suggesting how to beat synch using the jogs in your course - I am doing - now makes a lot of sense! Thank you for this vid!

Most useful tip for me at this time is the differences in jog adjust between CDJs and controllers. I have an FLX-10 at home to practice, and i chose this one because i thought it would be the closest controller i could get to a CDJ. I would have never known that the jog wheels were different if you hadnt mentioned it. Thanks for the tip!
