Enable drag-over (drag and drop) files to .sh shell scripts (.sh) (Bash for Windows 10)

Small registry "hack" to open sh scripts with Ubuntu Bash for Windows 10 by default and enable drag-over

ACTIONS AVAILABLE:
1) Double-click sh file to run
2) Drop-Over files (NEW VERSION FEATURE!)
2) Right-click, Open as administrator
3) Right-click , Edit (Nano editor - Optional)
