This 8 minute workout will have you feeling the burn with combined periods of all out effort and passive rest. Get prepared to rock this workout from your own living room. Ready, set, go!

Warm up exercises in this video include:
1) Squats with arm extensions
2) Upper half rotations with arm swings
3) Alternating knee hugs
4) Alternating hip circles

Exercises in this video are done for 40 seconds each separated by 20 seconds of rest:
1) Deceleration squat with 4 high knee drives
2) Skaters
3) Alternating one-arm burpees

Repeat rounds 1-3 for second set.

This workout for me was very challenging .As a hockey goalie I have been using a ton of these Bowflex workouts and I have noticed that my overall game has improved as a result of doing these workouts.

This can be as hard or as easy as you want. I have a resting heart rate in the mid 60s, and I can get completely winded before the second round. Great quick workout!
