Ingredients:

- Scotch fillet
- Turkish bread roll
- 5 portobello mushrooms sliced
- 3 brown onions
- Beef fat or preferred oil
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 cup cream
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- Parsley
- Salt
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Swiss cheese
- Rocket
