Steak Sandwich 😈

1 large sweet onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt

1-1.5lb Ribeye
Spice rub:
1 tsp black flakey salt (optional)
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/3 tsp all spice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste!

2 oz arugula
1 Tbsp balsamic
Grate Parmesan

Horseradish sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp horseradish
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Chives are optional.

Serve on a ciabatta or baguette roll (about 20 inches)
Finish with whatever cheese you like!
