In all honesty, I got my first vaccine and it didn't even hurt, I never even experienced much of the side effects other than some slight arm pains, They went away quite quickly though, All it is is your muscles healing essentially, One trick that the nurse gave me was to let your arm hang loose, It relaxes your muscles and it's basically like any regular vaccine.
