Thanks for your video...I am allergic to gluten, fructose and now dairy...I was told coconut is a fruit so this a no no for me, almonds r ok

This was SO helpful. Thank you. Took several videos to find this but it was just what I was looking for. I haven't heard that dairy causes you to gain weight before, I'm so glad you mentioned it.

Really good info!! I've gone dairy free several times while on keto. I have to let my gut heal then I slowly incorporate some back in after about a month. But thanks for the tips and the recipes!! Appreciated!!!

If your gluten free watch out for guar gums or caareegeen in canned coconut milk. I use tamari it is a gluten free soy sauce and taste just like the real thing. Nutritional yeast is a great cheese substitute and super high in vit b. I love info you share thank you x

That same brand of coconut milk is in my coffee right now. I should up the can and poured it into a lidded jar. Once I get through it I will switch to the coconut cream.

I love Greek yogourt and I rry to eat it in moderation, with a few blueberries one in a while. But I am in a plateau right now and I wonder if I should go dairy free.
