I started having an anaphylactic reaction to dairy around Christmas time. I had to remove dairy completely but definitely want to start up keto again. Thanks for the info.

I’ve had trouble with dairy since I was a newborn. My mom had to switch me to Similac because I would colic so badly. Much more excited after this video to switch to a Keto diet after my 7 day water fast and refeeding is done!

I found that with several of our family it's not the lactose but the casein that reacts so know that it may be the protien.

Lactaid won't help with milk allergy. Only lactose intolerance.

I can eat most dairy, all types of cheese, heavy cream, yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese but when I eat store bought ice cream or some brands of sherbet I get cramps, diarrhea, and sometimes feel like I have to vomit. I didn't have this problem growing up and in my thirties until now. If I make my own ice cream I'm fine.

The title was misleading. It stated DAIRY FREE KETO. This video has only stated limiting dairy or choosing lower lactose dairy products.

I am allergic to all milk protein and struggling with keto. I use coconut milk/cream for a lot of the recipes. I make my own vegan butter. Loads of recipes on the Web

My body cant handle dairy what so ever. Getting milk on my skin will even cause reactions.
