I was in the Air Force stationed in Alaska. Frying turkeys was THE thing to do. But every year no joke, we had a safety brief on how to not explode and catch your deck on fire with it. But super tasty!

I have never seen a fried turkey that looked appetizing. Always looked greasy and shriveled up. Often looks burnt. But this here after you pulled it out of the grease and when you carved it definitely changed my mind.
