Thank you for this video! I'm struggling with finding the way how to rename attachment in this process. Every time email attachment comes with different name but I need to rename it before saving. My intent is that I only have one file being overridden with latest version that arrives by email. I know how to do it in power automate cloud flow but I need it in Desktop version as I'm saving file on local drive. I will be very happy to learn how to do it!

This is very helpful video for saving attachments. Can you suggest some ideas to download documents from secured portal which requires login details plus MFA like text message or authentication OTP code.

I'm having some trouble with a folder other than Inbox. It won't accept the path. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the tutorial. My flow was getting an error when the new email arrived in my inbox. Do you have any idea how to make the flow continue running even when the new email arrives?

i created a flow to save email attachments to sharepoint folder. All is well. But I can't get to make it save multiple attachments from email. It only saves 1 of the files in the email...

Thanks for this! But what if I have unique file names and i don’t want it to create a second copy but rather skip that specific attachment instead?

OK nice thanks 🌞

*BUT* 🙄 I'm trying to do this but in a series of PST files that I have archived several years' worth of mails into. Can't figure out how to get Power Automate to use that as the source folder - tried the full path & file name, tried just the "mailbox" folder name and both came up as errors at the scan stage while parsing - "no such folder".

So What now!
