In this video, I'll guide you through the process of downloading all attachments from your Outlook emails into a folder. No more searching through emails to find the files you need!

First, we enable the Developer options in Outlook.
Open Outlook, go to the ‘File’ menu, select ‘Options,’ and then ‘Customize Ribbon.’
Check the ‘Developer’ option and click ‘OK.’
Unzip the downloaded file and go back to Outlook.
In the ‘Developer’ menu, select ‘Visual Basic’ and import the ‘GetEmailAttachments.BAS’ file from the unzipped folder.
Close the Visual Basic editor.

Now, we run the macro.
Under the ‘Developer’ menu, select the ‘Macros’ option, choose the ‘GetAttachments’ macro, and click ‘Run.’
Select the email folder (e.g., Inbox) from which you want to extract attachments.
Wait for the extraction process to complete.
Once the extraction is done, locate the ‘Email Attachments’ folder created under ‘My Documents.’

Rename the folder if you want to keep attachments from different Outlook folders separate.
Repeat the process for other folders, such as ‘Sent Items.’

With these steps, you'll easily download all attachments from Outlook, including multiple emails, into a single, organized folder.
