I just wanted to thank you for all the advice you give on this channel. I was out of work for a couple months and then started watching your videos regarding resumes, cover letters and interviews.

I have a modest skill set but having used these videos as a guide, I found I was getting a lot of interview requests which led to multiple job offers + the nicest ever rejection, one of which was my number one preference which I gratefully accepted.

To any job hunters out there, I actively encourage you to use his videos as your bible. Apply for at least 20 jobs a week (quality over quantity - templates will help you save time) and eventually you will land something!

Hi Bill, thanks for your channel.

47yo, senior exec here, 25 yrs experience. In the past month I've done 3 online interviews with a major q-commerce company. Today they sent me a number of business cases to work on and present to them end of next week.

1. It's hours of work, I don't have the time for this.
2. I'd normally charge $10k+ for this type of work, as a consultancy.
3. I don't need this job, but I also don't want to burn any bridges with a potentially valuable company in future.

My "ego" is telling me to politely inform them that 3 interviews is more than enough for them to take a decision on and to decline the latest interview stage. But, I know that's probably the wrong line to take.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Had my first job interview yesterday. It was for a trainee position which is meant to create future leaders in a construction firm. I don't feel like I gave them reflected answers to questions on how I am as a leader. Mabye you can do a video on this? I also choked on the where do you see yourself in 5 years from now xD
