Tip from a video guy: Raise your laptop camera (or whatever device you're using) to your eye height (a stack of books will work). That way you're looking straight into the camera and not down at the other person (which can leave a negative, subconscious impression of dominance). Plus, the camera isn't looking up your nose (which is not very flattering). This will also keep you from slouching or hunching your shoulders.
