Although I have a basic understanding regarding focal points, you showed me a few other ways to achieve this ie by scale, contrast, grouping, unity. I will now ask myself, 'where is the eye landing on my project'. Such a simple concept but one that I will apply from now on. Looking forward to the next lesson. Cathy, thank you for ALL of your videos. Normally I don't comment, because I'm brand new to card making in 2021 and several months behind the comment wave. I'm enjoying the design chats, especially for their resonance with what I've learned as an amateur photographer. Sending you a note today because I so appreciated your answer to a question that photographers also ask often: When is it finished? "When you can't take another thing away" hits the mark for me, a believer in less is more. And I love that "Yeah'm good" moment.
