this AI can execute complex scenarios, but you need to write them in stages and not at once and make sure that everything worked

I've seen people try stuff like this before. LLMs like ChatGPT pick up a lot from context. If you go for the gold medal up front, you are likely to fail. But if you build it up in pieces, talk about the stages, and build your script over time instead of all at once it will do amazing things. I've done this with Unity and Godot and it worked well.

I have done a similar challenge to make a game only made by AI. The biggest problem with the way ChatGPT writes is that it still makes mistakes so when you make a script using it you need to carefully follow the error/warns made in output and you need to specify what error you received and it will continue this loop of get error and AI will fix it until it works.

Long story short, I heavily don’t recommend you use AI to write scripts for you. Use it as a correctional tool when you don’t know how to correct an error in your script.

The reason it didnt do very well is because Luau is like Unity, its a language thats got the base language and is built up more. Most people dont know about Luau, but lots know about Lua

It's difficult to program with chat gpt, you need a bit of programming knowledge and know how to interact with gpt in order to create functional scripts. Sometimes chat gpt writes the code incorrectly so you gotta know some Lua to fix those errors, or simply just be very specified and give chat gpt detailed information on what you want to achieve.

Now that I have ChatGPT I can finally fix those crappy random errors, also I use visual studio a lot to make a program yesterday and it was a big help because i wanted to convert listview to JSON and JSON to listview and it worked

the reason your stats didnt save is because when you edit a value while playing through explorer, it only changes on the client

you should ask chatgpt to add print functions, so then if the script goes wrong anywhere, you can see the reason on the output, and then tell chatgpt what went wrong, and chatgpt does a excellent job, now it’s more advanced since it’s been a year since you used it

i used chatgpt its very polite and very understanding its like talking to a real person...it reads previous messages so you can ask "can you send it again" or "can you send the script again" and it will...it helped me with homework and coding as well...i love it
