5-ingredient one-pot Nutella cheesecake tutorial

Ingredients:
3 digestive biscuits
20g melted salted butter
115g cream cheese
1tbsp icing sugar
15g Nutella
10g melted Nutella
Chopped, roasted hazelnuts
A strawberry for decoration

1) Finely crush the biscuits in a bag using a rolling pin.

2) Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl and mix with the melted butter until combined.

3) Scoop the mix into a ramekin and press it down gently to make a base.

4) Add the cream cheese, icing sugar and Nutella to a bowl and whisk until smooth.

5) Scoop the mix onto your base and smooth it out.

6) Pour the melted Nutella over the top and smooth it out.

7) Sprinkle chopped, roasted hazelnuts on top and add a strawberry for decoration.

8) Refrigerate for 1 hour minimum.

9) Enjoy!
