“Stealing” games is not a steal, it's just a copyright violation, it turns into stealing when you re-use them as of commercial use, if you use them privately there's no risk.

Just think about it nintendo works on a game for years. Even if the games doesn't have high graphics the game mechanisms are innovative for each games. Isn't it unfair when their hard worked project get ripped before they even release it they don't go for old school games much. But TEARS OF THE KINGDOM?? it's extremely unfair to emulate it

Well, if I made a game and spent hundreds of hours on it, only to find out people are downloading it illegally without paying for it, I would be angry too. And also, you said to play old games, but emulators are mostly used to play switch games, which is obviously still supported and all the games are available to buy and play. To all the people saying they are a****les, stop being stupid and buy games legally, if you make a painting only to see some company steal it with no credit and make thousands of it while you get nothing, will you be sitting here telling yourself that suing them would be a d*ck move ?

Emulation is actually Illegal.

Destributing free products that doesn't belong to you, and profit of it has always been illegal, so yes Emulation is illegal. How you gonna feel if someone profit of something that you work so hard to made without your permission?
