They get possible when you develop flexibility.
They get easier when you develop specific strength.
They get excellent as you develop high levels of coordination.

Key for achieving all this is focusing on external rotation during your training.
In all movements, as soon as your leg opens out towards the side actively externally rotate it from the hips. Focus on your movement. Analyze the muscles that do the work and DO.THE.WORK

This is not easy but it is also not supposed to be easy!
