Yacon syrup

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Egg
1-2 tsp Yacon Syrup (or Molasses)
1/3 Cup Allulose
1/3 Cup Monk Fruit
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Protein Powder
1 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
1/3 Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
(Or)
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Clove
1/8 tsp Allspice

Directions
Mixed together, all the dry ingredients and set aside

Make a brown sugar mixture by mixing the sweetener with Yacon syrup

Cream, the butter and cream cheese and sweetener
Then add the heavy whipping cream and egg

Slowly add in the dry ingredients

Once everything is combined place in the refrigerator to chill for 10 to 20 minutes

Shape and bake at 350°
