Making Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cookies

Today we are making the Betty Crocker Gingerbread cookie mix. Since we don't have a Gingerbread Man, we are using our Christmas tree cookie cutter. This is a limited edition mix made by General Mills. We found it at the Dollar General Store.

Those look great! I love gingerbread and baking this time of year. A trick I use is to put the cookie dough shapes in the freezer for about 10 minutes before I bake them so they will always keep their shape! The cold helps the shape stick. Love your videos!!

You should add McCormick Gingerbread Spice seasoning to the dry mix, it will wake up the flavor of the cookies and bring them to Christmas life

These are the only ones I make. I make the cookies bigger cook for 10 minutes. Great soft cookie

From scratch is best it’s not that hard.
Sir, a lot less flour on the working surface.
Frosting should never come out of the can.
That is the wrong frosting anyway, you should have used Royal Icing.
